Can I modify an order?

Need to change or cancel your order?  All Faniks Baby orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after you place your order on weekdays, and within 48 hours on weekends. Email us immediately at support@babycomfortmattress.com and we will do our absolute best to correct the situation.   Once the order is processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

I didn't receive my confirmation email

No worries, we can send it to you! Just contact us at support@babycomfortmattress.com and we’ll resend it to you.

Can I cancel my order?

 Yes, you may cancel your order. However, canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee after your order has been sent. 

Are there refunds?

1.    Products can be returned for a refund no later than 30 days after purchase. 2.   Products returned after 30 days are eligible for a store credit for the value it was purchased. Products returned and refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 3.   Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products.  4.   Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for returned goods. Do you ship internationally/worldwide?

No, we do not currently ship internationally because of custom duties and shipping costs, however, if you are interested in our product and you’re located in Mexico or North America please call or email us at support@babycomfortmattress.com for specific prices and shipping related questions.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship all orders within 24 hours on weekday. You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. However, sometimes backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible.

Is it safe to enter my credit card on your website?

All of your information is protected by SSL, meaning that your information is encrypted and can't be stolen when it's sent across the internet.
