CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase and that our products make your baby's life more comfortable. We will strive to make sure our products are free of defects.
If you wish to cancel an order, you should contact us by telephone immediately before shipping. If your order has already been shipped, you may return our product for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any cancellations or returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not qualify for a refund.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us about any returns. If we receive the product after 30 days from purchase due to shipping delays, you will not qualify for a refund if you did not notify us. Please note that products eligible for return are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase from our website: babycomfortmattress.com unless otherwise noted. We do not accept returns from purchases made at other retailers.
Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit, reflecting any missing accessories. You may use your own shipping box or the same packaging box the product arrived in. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will cover all shipping costs for returns. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we made a mistake on your order, in which case we will cover your shipping costs for returns. Otherwise, Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds for returns are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
