Cancellation/Refund Policy


We hope you will be pleased with your purchase and that our products make your baby's life more comfortable. We will strive to make sure our products are free of defects. 


Please note that every inclined sleeper tends to cause babies to slide down. If your baby slides down the sleeper, you may simply wedge a small cushion or pillow at the base of the sleeper to prevent the baby from sliding down further. Fortunately, when babies slide down our sleeper, their head is still kept safely inclined.


If you wish to cancel an order, you should contact us by telephone immediately before shipping. Please send us first a text: (510) 282 0933 (Mon- Fri, 9am - 5pm CST) or email at support@babycomfortmattress.com.


If your order has already been shipped, you should first contact us to notify us about any returns. You may return our product for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any cancellations or returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not qualify for a refund. 


Please note that products eligible for return are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase from our website: www.faniksbaby.com unless otherwise noted. We do not accept returns from purchases made at other retailers.


Shipping Returned Sleeper:


Please  if you choose to return the sleeper, you will have to pay for the return shipping before we can give you back your refund. Depending on where you live in the US, return shipping costs range from $25-$40. We would love to have every customer satisfied, so we often ask that you should consider keeping the mattress, and let us save you the shipping cost since the consumer mattress safety tag law prohibits us from reselling a used mattress.


 Unfortunately, our sleeper is considered a mattress which is  regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The product safety tag on the sleeper says, “ALL NEW MATERIALS,” and because of this, we are unable to resale the sleeper after it’s been used. You may also read up our return policy on our website. 


Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit, reflecting any missing accessories. You may use your own shipping box or the same packaging box the product arrived in.  If we have made a mistake on your order, we will cover all shipping costs for returns. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. 


If you decide to keep the Sleeper/mattress, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you insist on shipping it back, we will give you a full refund if you can ship the products back to us within 30 days. Refunds for returns are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
